Card TroubleshootingUpdated a year ago


Given the variability of phones on the market, it's important that we check over the following items to help us troubleshoot:

  1. Ensure your phone is unlocked.
  2. The NFC is turned on. Click here to see how to do this.
  3. For iPhones - Tap the card on the top of the phone, where your camera sits.
  4. For Android - Tap the card on the rear middle of the phone.
  5. Scan the QR code. 
  6. Try the above steps on a friend's phone.
