Given the variability of phones on the market, it's important that we check over the following items to help us troubleshoot:
- Ensure your phone is unlocked.
- For iPhones - Tap the card on the top of the phone, where your camera sits.
- For Android - Tap the card on the rear middle of the phone.
- Scan the QR code.
- Try the above steps on a friend's phone.
