How does the ordering process work?Updated a year ago

If you are ordering through our online shop, the process of ordering your cards can be completed in a matter of minutes.  From here, you can either create and upload your own design or use our online design tool to assist you. 

If you are ordering through a sales representative, your order is not finalised until you send us your design, as well as a complete spreadsheet detailing cardholder information. If you want to speak with one of our team to understand more about this process, just click here.

We advise that shipment takes 10-14 days within Australia and 14-21 for international orders. Your tracking info will be sent automatically as soon as your shipment has left our offices. 
Note - this turnaround time is only after the design and spreadsheet have been finalised, rather than the date of your order placed.
