Top 5 tipsUpdated a year ago

Your online profile is entirely customisable, and to gain the most out of your Tapt card, we highly recommend implementing the following tips!

Profile picture

Your profile should be personal and unique. We suggest including a profile picture. This adds a personal element to your profile, and can also help ensure people remember you when adding your profile to their contacts!

Contact exchange

The two-way contact exchange is one of the most functional aspects of your tapt card. This function means that when you network with a new person, they can send all of their information back to you. To ensure this is turned on, get an organisation owner to click settings, and then contact exchange. From here, simply select the variables you would like on the two-way contact exchange form. Personalise your profile

To align your organisation's profile with your business's image, make sure to change the colour scheme and cover image to mirror your business identity. These edits are bulk uploaded, so once you save them onto your account, all profiles that exist under that organisation will be changed accordingly.

Links/files/socials

By adding links and files to your profile, you can make your profile interactive with endless possibilities. You can include links to your social media platforms, pdf documents as well as direct links to your google calendar. This invites any potential clients to book a meeting with you. The more interactive your profile is, the greater your networking opportunities become. You can get creative, and include links to any platform you choose!

Apple/google wallet

Ensure to scroll to the bottom of your profile and click ‘add to Apple wallet,’ this will ensure that if you ever forget your wallet, you will not be without your Tapt card!

Given the variability with Android devices, if clicking add to wallet does not work for you, please follow these steps:

  1. Download WalletPasses | Passbook Wallet
  2. Tap the desired card on your device
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Add to apple wallet'

Open WalletPasses, if not automatically added, click the + button to do so.
