How to use the CSV import to set up important employee information

The CSV is used to bulk import employee information. This is a handy tool designed to save you time when setting up the cards that require shared information (so you can get back to business sooner).

 

Step 1:
Log in, on my profiles, and click '
Edit via CSV' near the top right of your dashboard.

 

 

Step 2:
Click '
Export a CSV'



 

 

Step 3:
Using your software of choice, complete or update your spreadsheet. Make sure not to delete any rows, or edit any columns past the 'notes' section as these are used to link your profiles. Any unknown information can be left blank.

Important note - You must save the file as a .CSV in order to re-upload
Tip - If you don't have any spreadsheet software, Google sheets will let you do this for free.

 

 

 

Step 4:
Upload the file and import! You should see each profile update instantly. 

 

 

Help!
If you're seeing the 
'Something went wrong, please try again later' message, see below for troubleshooting.

Work through the following
• You have saved the file as a .CSV.

• You haven't input the wrong information in a column EG an Email in a mobile phone column.  

• You haven't deleted a column or row, or any data from the 'Profile Note' column onwards.
• If you have no luck try exporting the file again from your dashboard and carefully making the changes.
• Contact us at [email protected] , sending us your spreadsheet and we can help take care of things for you.
