If you've sent us everything we need to create your cards & profiles, you can expect to receive your cards in 10-14 days.  

I've ordered a Tapt Custom and I need help creating a custom design

If you need our designers to help create a custom design for you, turnaround time is subject to change relative to how many changes you require. In most cases, this process takes up to one week.  Upon approval of your design, you can expect your cards to arrive within 10-14 days if you're located in Australia. International shipping estimates are 14-21 days.
