Editing your profile via the appUpdated a year ago

Before you start
Please check that your account administrator has enabled cardholders editing access. For more information on how to do this, please click here.

Step 1: Download the app

Our app is now available on both Apple and Android devices! Please click here to download it via the Apple app store, and click here to download it via the google play store. In order to make edits via the app, your admin must have enabled permission for you to do so via the Tapt dashboard.

Step 2: Log in to the app

When prompted, please tap your card on your phone. For iPhones, please tap the top third of the phone, on either the front or back. For Androids, please tap the middle of the back of your device.

From here, you will receive a verification code via text or email. Please input this code, and you will now be logged into your account!

Step 3: Edit your profile

When logging into your profile, you should see an edit profile button at the bottom of your screen. 

Please click this button, and follow the prompts to complete your profile. We recommend adding as much information, links and documents as possible to get the most out of your Tapt card. Ensure to click save!
